STATUS: ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Three problems.
Thirty days.
Fixed!

We automate and fix the business software you already run — Zoho, or whatever you've got — configured around your business, not the other way around. Your top three problems, resolved within one month. Not one year.

Zoho partner. Software-agnostic by design — we work with what you're already running.

THE PROBLEM

Software gets bought. It rarely gets used.

Businesses buy business software to fix real problems — Zoho, or whatever else is already in the stack — then the implementation drags on for months, requirements get lost between meetings, and the consultant disappears right after go-live. The software sits there, half-configured, while the original problem is still waiting.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The system should bend. The business shouldn't have to.

For decades, systems were the rigid piece — built once, sold as a fixed product, and everyone else had to bend to fit them. That constraint no longer holds. Modern platforms are flexible enough, and AI has made deep configuration fast enough, that the system can finally adapt to the business — instead of the other way around. That's true whether the system is Zoho, something else entirely, or a patchwork of both.

WHY NIMBLY

Three things most implementation partners don't have together.

Real operating experience

We've run finance and ERP functions ourselves. We diagnose business problems, not just software gaps — so the fix resolves the issue, not just the ticket.

Software-agnostic automation

We're a Zoho partner, but Zoho is one tool in the kit, not the pitch. Whatever you're already running — Zoho, something else, or a mix — we know how far its automation and configuration can go, and how to use it without turning your stack into an unmaintainable mess.

AI-native delivery

From the first discovery call, our process is instrumented with AI — session capture, requirements drafting, documentation — so we move at a speed traditional consultancies structurally can't match.

ABOUT US

Systems people, not sales people.

Nimbly is an efficiency-through-automation consultancy. We make the business software you already run work harder for you — Zoho included, but never required — and get your top three problems resolved within a month. We were founded in August 2026 by two people who've spent their careers on both sides of that problem — running the departments these systems are meant to serve, and building the systems themselves.

Christiaan Greyling

18 years inside ERP, CRM, and payment systems. As Head of Business Engineering at fintech AddPay, Christiaan leads a team of four across CRM, ERP, and data infrastructure for 14,000 customers, and built the AWS data lake now driving the company's reporting and commission calculations. An Industrial Engineer by training, he's negotiated and integrated multi-partner networks — including 11 courier partners into a single platform — with a track record of turning operational bottlenecks into permanent fixes.

Deon Janse van Noordwyk

Deon is a Finance Fixer with 18+ years in ERP systems — from leading the Oracle Financials rollout at Clickatell to running finance at fintech AddPay today. Wherever leadership can't trust the numbers, he finds where they break and fixes the machinery behind them, including nearly 14 years running month-end as a managed project at the Western Cape Government. Experience spans telecom, manufacturing, government, and fintech.

Tell us your top three problems.
